Muscle pain is a sign of an injury, infection, disease or other health problem. You may feel a deep, steady ache or random sharp pains. Some people have muscle pain all over, while others have it in specific areas. Everyone experiences muscle pain differently. Most common reasons for the muscle pains are:

  1. muscle tension in one or more areas of the body
  2. overusing the muscle during physical activity
  3. Injuring the muscles while engaging in physically demanding work or exercise
  4. skipping warmups and cool downs

And for all types of muscles pains Yoga has countless benefits, a prominent one is that it helps relieve muscle pain and stretches your muscles. Yoga is a powerful practice that helps us stay active, manage stress, and also help with pain management. Yoga helps because of its strong focus on breathing, which energizes and relaxes our nervous system. So this workshop really gonna help you for gain some good awareness and knowledge about the all types of muscle pains. Who can participate in this Workshop?

Anyone who is suffering from any kind of muscle pain such as cramping(a short and intense contraction of the muscles), soreness and stiffness (a natural result of muscle inflammation), spasms (a more severe kind of muscle stiffness), muscle tears (partial breakage of a muscle and its surrounding envelope), pulled or strained muscles (large tears)

Why it’s beneficial?

In this workshop will share with you all types of yoga postures and aligned yoga workouts for healthy body because Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.

Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

About the Facilitator

Yogi Utkarsh is a professional Yoga asana teacher. He is learning Yoga from his childhood. He believes that yoga is a vast concept and whole life you can learn it and spread the knowledge with all human beings. Though he has more then 4 years of teaching experience in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga asana. He begins his asana class with mantra chanting in an authentic manner which gives to students inner peace then his teaching methodology is very focused and bound with him till the end of class. He is a certified Yoga alliance teacher. And he is passionate about spreading his love for yoga and helping others in there journey by sharing his own.
